As enterprises, defense organizations, and critical infrastructure operators move beyond quantum risk awareness into real-world execution, the market is demanding more than theory. Organizations need practical, interoperable, and scalable solutions that make quantum-safe security operational, without disrupting existing systems or regulatory obligations.

At the same time, adoption increasingly depends on trusted ecosystems: systems integrators, consulting firms, MSSPs, and technology partners who can translate emerging cryptographic requirements into deployable solutions across complex environments.

enQase sits at the center of this shift. As the only U.S.-based, full-stack quantum-safe security platform, enQase uniquely unifies proven cryptography, physics-based quantum hardware, and a software-driven integration layer to deliver true crypto-agility, the capability to quickly adapt to new PQC standards and new threats, for the quantum era.

To scale adoption across enterprise, defense, telecom, finance, and critical infrastructure markets, enQase is doubling down on partner-led growth, and strengthening its brand leadership while expanding its ecosystem across the Americas.

To lead this next phase, enQase has appointed Steven Menges as Executive Vice President of Marketing & Partnerships. In this role, Steven will lead global marketing and partner strategy, driving growth through systems integrators, consulting firms, managed security service providers (MSSPs), and strategic technology partners.

Steven brings more than 25 years of B2B technology leadership experience across enterprise computing, IT and OT security, data analytics, managed services, regulatory compliance, and risk management. He is an author and frequent industry speaker, and has served as an Adjunct Instructor and Capstone and Thesis Advisor in the New York University M.S. in Management and Systems (STEM) program since 2010.

Steven brings deep enterprise experience and a proven track record of building partner-driven growth at scale,” said Rajesh Patil, Interim CEO & CTO of enQase. “As organizations move from quantum awareness to execution, Steven will play a key role in expanding our ecosystem and accelerating adoption of the enQase Platform across enterprise, defense, and critical infrastructure markets.”

Partners are essential to helping organizations operationalize quantum-safe security,” said Steven Menges. “enQase enables partners to deliver differentiated, quantum-ready solutions that align with real-world operational, regulatory, and business requirements.”
